The shirt is 100% Polyester with stitche Adidas stripes and an embroidered Adidas logo on the chest. Alongside this there is a small blue rubber strip which bears a Chelsea FC logo. The shirt also features a stitched Chelsea club crest and a printed Samsung sponsor. The Chelsea shirt will be worn alongside the home shorts and socks to create the Chelsea home kit for the 2009-10 season.
