This section is to help you get the best from the shipping options that we provide, we are always committed to you, if you do not understand anything you can always call us during office hours, If your query is not during office hours you can e-mail us at anytime and we will try and respond to your e-mail within 24 hours.

Which Shipping Option Should I choose:

If you are a U.K. Mainland Resident Here Are Some Suggestions.

If you have ordered one shirt only and you are not in a hurry choose United Kingdom from the drop-down menu, your order will be sent 1st Class Recorded Signed For, your order should get to you the next day but it is not a guaranteed service but 99% of customers do get their order the next day, Please remember your order will need someone to sign for it, if there is no one in the Postman should leave a card letting you know that an attempt has been made to deliver it and take the parcel back to the postal depot nearest to you.

If you have not received your order within five working days please log into your Soccer Box account and retrieve your tracking number, you must then visit http://www.royalmail.com and enter the tracking number into their track and trace box on their website, if you do not see any information relating to your tracking number then please contact us.

If you have ordered one shirt only and you need it for the next day please use the Special Delivery option from the drop-down menu, Your order should be with you by 13.00pm the day after ordering.

Please note if you choose Special Delivery on a Thursday/Friday Royal Mail do not guarantee Saturday delivery however we will write on your parcel "Saturday Delivery", 98% of customers do receive their orders when we do this.

On your order using Royal Mail please do not leave comments regarding alternative delivery options, for example "Leave parcel behind back gate" Royal Mail have no option to accept these details, all Royal mail deliveries have to be signed for.

Next Day Courier Delivery Guaranteed (UK Mainland Only)

Our best option is a 24 hour service called "NEXT DAY DELIVERY GUARANTEED" this is a service for UK mainland customers only, for £5.75 you can order up to 20 items for next day delivery, on the day of delivery you will receive an e-mail letting you know what time your order will be with you, it will be within one hour, so for example you will receive an e-mail telling you that your order will be delivered between 13.30pm and 14.30pm, it could be earlier or later up to 18.00pm, if the time is not convenient you can reply to this e-mail stating a time that is, if this is not suitable you can request a delivery on a different day.

If there is no one in and you miss this e-mail the courier company will leave your order with a neighbour, if this is not acceptable on the order form just before you submit your order there is a comments box, in this box leave a message for example “Leave inside back gate” or “leave at number 35” you can of course have your order delivered to a works address or another suitable address.

Please bear in mind you must take full responsibility if you choose a delivery address other than the billing address should the parcel not be delivered or items are missing or damaged.

Our courier does not deliver on a Saturday *( See Below) all orders placed before 15.00pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Please note, some addresses in the north of Scotland are only available on a two-day service and will not be delivered the next day.

When you get to the Shipping options page you use the drop-down menu and choose the option that suits you best.

Please note all orders placed after 2.00pm on A Friday will not be dispatched until the following
Monday.

We can not be held responsible should the carrier or Royal Mail do not deliver your order on time due to any problems that they should have.

Personalised Items

From the Dispatch date, should you order a personalised item you must allow us up to seven working days to replace your order should the delivery company fail to deliver your order.

2 Day Courier Delivery (UK Mainland Only)

We also offer a service called "2 DAY COURIER SERVICE", this is a service for UK mainland customers only, for £5.50 you can order up to 20 items for a two day delivery, our courier company do not deliver on a Saturday *( See Below) so all orders made on a Wednesday night/Thursday morning will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.

Free Shipping

If you are taking advantage of any offers such as our Free UK Shipping for all orders over £50.00 that we may have running, as long as we receive your order by 2pm your order will be sent on a two day delivery service, please read the above information as regards conditions.

Please note if you order products that qualify for free shipping and return any of them for a refund and the original value of the order falls below £50.00 we will refund you for any items returned less shipping costs that would have applied should the original order have not reached £50.00.

Shipping to Europe and the Rest of the World

If you reside in Europe please choose Europe from the drop-down menu, your order will be sent using Royal Mails International Signed for service or the courier service if one is available, if you follow the instructions on the e-mail that you should receive following the dispatch of your order you will be able to locate your order via the appropriate website for your Country.

If you choose International Air Express our shipper will not ship to a PO Box.

                                 Delivery for Rest of the World is around 7-14 Days

Customs and import duties are decided once the parcel has reached its destination country. All additional charges for customs clearance are to be paid in full by the customer. Soccer Box has no
say in what the customer may be charged and cannot predict what the figure may be. Customs charges vary widely between different countries. Please feel free to consult your local customs office for further information.

                                          The time is up but I have not received my order.

If you reside outside the UK and you have not received your order in the times stated then please allow up to 28 days for delivery as postal services vary widely between different countries. The delivery times stated previously are based on feedback from our customers from around the world.
For UK customers, if you have not received your order within five days then please contact our office by phone or e-mail and we can resolve any problems accordingly.
