This section is to help you get the best from the shipping options that we provide, we are always committed to you, if you do not understand anything you can always call us during office hours, If your query is not during office hours you can e-mail us at anytime and we will try and respond to your e-mail within 24 hours.

Shipping Costs

If you create an account which only requires your name and your e-mail address you can add items to the cart and go to the shipping page to see the shipping costs without entering any personal details or credit card details, please remember if you are ordering a number of items and you are located in the UK do take advantage of the Parcel Force Service where you can order up to 30 items for one low shipping cost.

If you are a U.K. Mainland Resident Here Are Some Suggestions.

If you have ordered one shirt only and you are not in a hurry choose United Kingdom from the dropdown menu, your order will be sent 1st Class Recorded Signed For, your order should get to you the next day but it is not a guaranteed service but 90% of customers do get their order the next day, Please remember your order will need someone to sign for it, if there is no one in the Postman should leave a card letting you know that an attempt has been made to deliver it and take the parcel back to the postal depot nearest to you.
If you have not received your order within five working days please log into your Soccer Box account and retrieve your tracking number, you must then visit http://www.royalmail.com and enter the tracking number into their track and trace box on their website, if you do not see any information relating to your tracking number then please contact us.

If you have ordered one shirt only and you need it for the next day please use the Special Delivery option from the dropdown menu, if you have ordered a name/number for the back of the shirt and we have to order the name/number from a specialist supplier this will add time to your order.

If you order two or more shirts your order will be sent using the Special Delivery option due to the value of the items.

If you are ordering multiple items which include Souvenirs the weight of these will make using Royal Mail quite expensive, the best option to use will be Parcel Force 48 or 24 you can order up to 30 items for one low cost of £5.50 or £6.95. You can track your order by logging into your Soccer Box account and retrieving your tracking number, you must then visit http://www.parcelforce.com


Please note: Parcel Force do not deliver on a Saturday.

NB: All Online orders for Next Day Delivery must be placed by 1pm.

NB: All Telephone orders for Next Day Delivery must be placed by 3.30pm.

When you get to Shipping Checkout you use the dropdown menu and choose the option that suits you best.

Royal Mail v Parcel Force

For one or two shirts please use Royal Mail as they guarantee delivery before 1pm the next day, Parcel Force deliver up to 5pm the next day.

If you choose Royal Mail you can not leave instructions such as "Leave parcel by the dog's Kennal near the dustbin"

If you choose Parcel force you can leave instructions as to where you would like the parcel left however should the parcel not be there or anything is missing from the parcel you must take responsibility.

Shipping to Europe and the Rest of the World

If you reside in Europe please choose Europe from the dropdown menu, your order will be sent using Royal Mails International Signed for service, if you follow the instructions on the e-mail that you should receive following the dispatch of your order you will be able to locate your order via the appropriate website for your Country.
Delivery to Europe is around 3-5 Days

If you reside outside of the United Kingdom and Europe your order will be sent using Royal Mails International Signed for service, if you follow the instructions on the e-mail that you should receive following the dispatch of your order you will be able to locate your order via the appropriate website for your Country.

Delivery for Rest of the World is around 7-14 Days

Customs charges

Customs and import duties are decided once the parcel has reached its destination country. All additional charges for customs clearance are to be paid in full by the customer. Soccer Box has no say in what the customer may be charged and cannot predict what the figure may be. Customs charges vary widely between different countries. Please feel free to consult your local customs office for further information.

The time is up but I have not received my order.

If you reside outside the UK and you have not received your order in the times stated then please allow up to 28 days for delivery as postal services vary widely between different countries. The delivery times stated previously are based on feedback from our customers from around the world.

For UK customers, if you have not received your order within five days the please contact our office by phone or e-mail and we can resolve your problem accordingly.
