Manchester United are one of the most successful football clubs in the world, this season has seen them for the 20th time become champions of England with four games left to play until the end of the season. The club has an exciting history it was originally founded in 1878 under the name of Newton Heath LYR Football Club; this was then changed to Manchester United in 1902. The distinctive red Manchester United Home Shirt has been worn throughout much of the clubs history with a brief period between 1894-96 where the team wore green and gold shirts. These green and gold shirts were the original Newton Heath colours from when the workers on the Lancashire and Yorkshire railway originally formed the club. In recent history supporters have protested against the clubs finances and owners the Glazer family, due to the debt incurred by this family supporters felt that ticket prices had risen unjustly.

It is safe to say that Italian side AC Milan have had quite a good season so far, with just a few games left they currently sit third in the Serie A League table. The AC Milan squad includes some well-known ones; former Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli and ex Arsenal midfielder Mathieu Flamini are part of the squad. AC Milan play at their home San Siro in Milan and play in their red and black AC Milan home shirt, they are a very popular Italian side where many big footballing stars have played. The latest man to join the side was Mario Balotelli who is Italian, Balotelli has played for Italian teams since he was younger, and he also played for the national Italy squad. The hot-headed striker was signed by AC Milan in 2013 after a three year spell at Manchester City and first pulled on his AC Milan shirt during his debut in February 2013. Yesterday evening saw the second leg of the Champions League semi-final match between Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund, the match was played at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium the home of Real Madrid football club. Following last week's first leg defeat at Borussia Dortmund, Real Madrid were chasing a 4-1 deficit and needed to secure a 3-0 win to grab a place in the Champions League final which will be played on 25th May 2013 at Wembley. Real Madrid have not won the Champions League for the last eleven seasons, and last night saw the team enter the Bernabeu in their Real Madrid Shirts willing to risk all in an attempt to turn the tide and have stab at the title.
It was a mixed game with the Real Madrid team coming out strong but missing some vital opportunities in the first half, Higuain, Ozil and the popular Cristiano Ronaldo in his number 7 Real Madrid home shirt all failed to open the scoring in the first 25 minutes.
