There has been some sad news in the air for fans of the Chelsea football club lately, what with the departures of favored players like Frank Lampard and David Luiz. However, in football, nearly every departure is also heralded with a new arrival, and one of
the biggest new arrivals for Chelsea's 2014 2015 season is Spanish midfielder, Cesc Fabregas. In order to celebrate this new arrival, Chelsea has already made the Fabregas 4 Chelsea home jersey 2014 2015 available for public purchase.
This new Chelsea soccer shirt, which you can find at Soccer Box today, is a vintage piece of Chelsea gear, with the trademark blue and white color scheme and the lightly striped Adidas design. It - June 25, 2014
This is only the 5th time that Nigeria has appeared in the World Cup finals; their best performances were in 1994 and 1998 when they did indeed make it to the Round of 16. With 4 points to Iran's 1 Nigeria was in a strong position, but their bought against Lionel Messi and the might of the Argentina soccer jerseys would not be an easy game.
Outlook of Group F
Iran has been playing surprisingly well and held Nigeria to a 0-0 draw in their 1st group stage match. The 1st display of the Nigeria 2014 World Cup home shirt saw the team beat Bosnia and Herzegovina 1-0, and secure 3 points, giving them a tally of 4, and 2nd place in the group.
With 2 wins - June 24, 2014
As the host nation Brazil was automatically placed as team 1 in Group A, as favorites to top their group and indeed win the entire tournament, that left a single spot for one of 3 teams to advance to the knockout stage of the 2014 FIFA World Cup. After losing their 1st 2 games Cameroon were certain of an early flight home. Would the Croatia football shirt or the Mexico soccer kit fight their way into the Round of 16?
The progression of Brazil wasn't as sure footed as many had suspected. They beat Croatia in an unconvincing 3-1 1st game, and only managed a 0-0 draw against the team wearing the Mexico football jerseys. Statistically both Mexico and Croatia could progress but it relied on Brazil being beaten heavily by Cameroon. An unlikely prospect, meaning both teams needed to go out to win. - June 24, 2014
The just-completed 2013 2014 season will likely go down in history as one of the greatest in Real Madrid's history. Despite the team's failure to win or place second in the Spanish La Liga division (Real Madrid ended up at third on the table), 2014 will forever be enshrined in the team's annals for marking the 10th time that the Real Madrid football club was able to manage a victory in the UEFA Champions League. It's a record-breaking accomplishment that Real Madrid has been striving toward since the last time it won the trophy, in 2002, and it's one that will hopefully propel the team to get back out on the pitch, perhaps wearing the Real Madrid sweat top 2014 2015, for practice.
Of course, the Real Madrid players won't be reporting for team practice just yet. Many of them are off to Brazil to represent their respective national teams in the FIFA World Cup. However, before we know it, the summer will be winding down and the players will be back in Spain, throwing on the - June 23, 2014
Going into this year's World Cup, no player was more hyped than Neymar. The 22-year-old Brazilian winger/forward may have been an unproven commodity on the World Cup stage, but with the tournament set to take place in Neymar's home country, and with the young player's strong performances at recent football events like the 2012 Summer Olympics, the 2013 Confederations Cup, and the World Cup qualifiers, there seemed little doubt that Neymar would be the star of both the Brazil home jersey and the Brazil away kit.
As a result of the hype for Neymar and the Brazil team as a whole, Brazilian jerseys have been flying off the shelves at Soccer Box all year, from the home and away kits to Neymar's number 10 jersey, all the way to the Brazil 2014 World Cup third jersey. The latter is a black Nike jersey with the Brazil national team crest embroidered on the chest in a regal gold color. The shirt won't make as many appearances at the World Cup this year as, say, the yellow home shirt - June 23, 2014
Prior to kickoff of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Group G was billed as the 'Group of Death', the tightest group of the tournament with no team certain of easy progression to the knockout stages. Last nights game between the USA and Portugal certainly lived up to the speculation. The USA 2014 World Cup home shirt missed out on security in the 95th minute with a dramatic Portuguese equalizer.
Traditionally the USA has not been strong in soccer tournaments, their best World Cup finish to date was 3rd place in 1930. Recent years have seen a massive increase in the popularity of soccer in the USA, and with German football manager Jurgen Klinsmann at the helm the USA were suspected of being a dark horse contender.
The USA 2014 World Cup home jersey is a smart Nike football shirt all white in color with a polo neck collar. The shirt proudly sports the USA badge on the left side of the chest. After beating Ghana and narrowly missing out on a win against Portugal - June 22, 2014
Prior to the start of the 2014 FIFA World Cup all the talk was of host nation Brazil, and the strong possibility of Argentina stealing the title. The Argentina 2014 World Cup home shirt was billed as one to watch, a South American team with a strong desire to win and undisputable talent in the form of Lionel Messi. However, the performance of the South American team has
been labored in the opening 2 games, despite recording 2 wins and guaranteeing a place in the knockout stage.
The classic Argentina football jerseys were a favorite going into the 2014 World Cup; with the home and away shirts selling fast at Soccer Box. Argentina has won on 2 previous occasions in 1978 on home soil, and in 1986 when the tournament was hosted by Mexico. Playing close to home suits the Argentines and a win - June 21, 2014
It was a good if just shy of great season for the players and fans of the Chelsea football club. In a season-long, three-way battle for the English Premier League title, Chelsea finished in third, narrowly bested by Manchester City and Liverpool. Similarly, in the UEFA Champions League tournament, Chelsea fell just short of European soccer glory, losing in the semifinals
to Atletico Madrid. However, despite the fact that Chelsea missed out on the big titles this year, the team certainly played a lot of good football during the 2013 2014 season, and that fact should have fans excited for another season of wearing and watching the Chelsea home kits.

The France soccer jerseys looked nothing if not bulletproof in the Friday afternoon bout against Switzerland, which saw the two teams facing one another on the pitch of Brazil's Arena Fonte Nova in Salvador. Prior to the tournament, Switzerland had been slotted at number six on FIFA's world rankings list, handily outstripping France (at 17), as well as the Ecuador and Honduras football teams that round out Group E.
In fact, Switzerland's debut appearance at the 2014 World Cup a workmanlike, 2-1 win over Ecuador only contributed to the belief that Switzerland was a frontrunner to win Group E and move on to the knockout stage. Now, though, with France clearly caring very little for FIFA's supposed rankings, and with five allowed goals doing no favors to Switzerland in the goal difference department, Switzerland will absolutely have to defeat Honduras next Wednesday and by a fair margin, no less if the team wants to join France at the top of the group. - June 20, 2014
Both Uruguay and England were beaten last weekend in their debut appearances at the 2014 World Cup, Uruguay in a 1-3 upset against Costa Rica, England in a hot, humid, and exhausting 1-2 soccer battle against Italy. As a result, stakes were high for both teams to win and keep their mathematical hopes of progressing to the next stage alive. In other words, the battle between the Uruguay home shirt and the England away kit today was a key match for both teams, and England just happened to be the one to blink.
Luis Suarez: The Hero of the Match
The most worthy wearer of the Uruguay 2014 World Cup home jersey today and the undisputed Man of the Match was Luis Suarez, who makes most of his yearly paycheck playing striker
