And an impressive legacy it is. 2014 2015 marks the 53rd season of the Turkish Cup. Of the 52 tournaments that have already taken place, Galatasaray has won 15 of them-or nearly 29 percent. Add another five runner-up finishes, and there is no question that SK is the greatest football club to ever come out of Turkey.

Konyaspor put up a bit of a fight during the first half, with attacker Ciprian Marica breaking through the home side's defenses to score at the 20-minute mark. However, a dearth of successful offensive drives during the second half-for both teams-left the score at 4-1 at full time. Just like that, it was on to the 2014 2015 quarterfinals for Galatasaray SK!
