Juventus Shuts-Out All Comers
Juve has let their skills and tenacity on the field speak for themselves in this season's Serie A matches. They hold a firm 14 point lead over second place contender Roma and show no signs of slowing down now. Juventus has an impeccable record this year thanks to their star players and overwhelming fan support.
Juventus's current unbeatable spree seems puny compared to their 2010-2011 season. In an unprecedented 38 game holdout, Juventus became the first team to ever go a whole season undefeated in the Italian Serie A. And though they just won their 29th Serie A title last season, Juventus players and fans hope to see another undefeated season for their team very soon.
Unfortunately, Juventus has already lost this season, albeit only one time. But one measly loss won't stop Juventus's millions of fans from donning their Juventus training kit and enjoying the admittedly impressive season their favorite team is currently having. The Zebras from Turin look to have cemented a comfortable lead this season and remain in top form for their next matchup against Parma.
Juventus Taps Youth Team Talent
Juventus, a club named after the Latin word for "youth", has always been fond of promoting members of it's youth team to full squad members in times of need. One such time came only a few weeks ago when a recent string of injuries found the Juventus squad wanting in the face of a matchup against Fiorentina. Manager Antonio Conte decided to tap into the club's talented youth squad and enlist the help of young Filippo Romagna to fill in the gaps in the Juventus defense.
Juventus youth center back Filippo Romagna has been spotted captaining their Under-17 team and looks to be an exciting prospect for Juventus further down the road. This 16 year old might only be filling in for an injured defense, but Romagna sees this as a valuable opportunity to gain some high level football experience before clubs begin to consider him for their senior squads.
It seems only a matter of time until the starlets from the Italian youth squad leave their Juventus training kit behind. In the mean time, Rogama, who had the opportunity to try the real Juventus jersey on before his contemporaries, delivered on his promise and helped the team to victory over Fiorentina, 1-0. He's certainly managed to do his team and family proud and shown club executives all over Europe how valuable of an asset he can be once there's a little more experience under his belt, if of course they can wrest him from a pleased Coach Conte.
Juventus remains one of the top teams in Italian and European football. With prospects like Rogama in the pipeline, it's safe to say that Juventus domination will last well into the future. All that's left is for fans to wait and see the results of this year's Italian Serie A.
