Both of these football clubs struggled to even reach the quarterfinals this year. Both soccer squads have also recently hit rough patches in the 2014 2015 La Liga campaign. In fact, just this past weekend, the Vikings lost to Barca 1-2 in an away game.
Meanwhile, Atletico is sitting in fourth place in La Liga, and has settled for more than a few lukewarm draws or losses lately. Last year, the football club won the Spanish division, a fact that made the championship match with Real Madrid even more exciting.
