Current Standings

Right now, Tottenham Hotspur are sitting in sixth place on the 2014 2015 Premier League standings table-the same position in which they finished last year. With a record of 17 wins, seven draws, and 10 losses-as well as a goal difference of +6-the Spurs have a season point total of 58.

That's the same number of standings points as Liverpool, though the Reds are leading by virtue of a +11 GD rating. The Reds have also played one fewer match than Hotspur (33 versus 34), which means that the wearers of the Tottenham shirts will definitely have to play catch up over the next few weeks if they are going to have a shot at a top five Premier League finish this year.

Southampton

Man City has struggled somewhat over the past month, but is still one of the top football clubs in the division, and is still the reigning English football champion. When these two teams played each other back in October, Tottenham lost 1-4-one of the club's biggest losses of the entire season.
