The signature deep red and yellow colour scheme of the Roma home shirt returns once more, but this time with a modern approach to the styling. The cuffs and neckline feature a yellow band of ribbed material with a red lightning bolt within them. This bolt takes inspiration from Jupiter who, in Roman mythology, is the controller of sky and thunder.
As well as this interesting and historic design feature, the jersey also contains the sponsorship logo for Hyundai which is located on the rear of the shirt in gold print and on the front of the shirt is the Qatar Airways sponsor in white. Above this logo on the chest is the Nike Swoosh to the right in yellow and on the left is the AS Roma crest which has been woven into place on an embroidered patch.
