The colour way chosen for these 19/20 Atletico Madrid home socks is a red base colour with blue and white accents. Situated around the shin of the socks is a blue stripe to emulate the stripes of the jersey but in the reverse colour scheme. Beneath this stripe is the Nike Swoosh in white with the words ‘Atletico’ below it.
Along with these details, grey patches of fabric are also seen on the sole of the foot. These areas of material are where performance technology has been used to improve the fit of the sock while keeping your feet protected. Around the toe box and heels of the foot are cushioned padding to reduce the impact of playing soccer on your feet. As well as this there is a patch of ribbed material under the arches to prevent slipping in the boot.
Making sure that the socks remains in place throughout the game; there are elasticated cuffs around the top of the socks. This material helps to secure them into place as well as allowing them to widen in order to accommodate for shin guards underneath.
