Shipping Help for International Customers
This applies to all Countries outside of the United Kingdom. When placing orders for adult clothing or equipment we no longer charge non UK customers UK VAT (Tax). When you add an item of adult clothing your cart will look like this.
This page is here to help you decide which shipping option to choose when placing your order with us. There is also information below to aid you with order tracking once your package is on it's way. If you choose to have your order sent by courier and refuse your order there will be a surcharge for the return of the order. All couriers charge us for returns. This does not apply to orders sent by Royal Mail.
Europe and Rest of the World Shipping Costs
Shipping costs to Europe and the rest of the world are calculated by weight and vary dependant on the destination. Please us the chart below as a guide, the actual cost will be calculated at checkout and is dependent on the service you choose. Please note some countries in South America have very slow international shipping and may take up to 2 months for delivery.

Royal Mail - International Tracked
The Royal Mail International Tracked service is a fully tracked end-to-end service with delivery confirmation available online here:

The International Tracked service is available to 33 countries worldwide that can be found here:

Within Europe the Royal Mail International Tracked service is delivered within 5-7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Throughout the rest of the world the delivery time is 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
If you have not received your order within 14 working days then please log into your Soccer Box account and retrieve the tracking number. Alternatively, if you are unable to log in to your account then please refer to your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number or call us on +44 (0) 1785 220 225. Royal Mail - International Signed
The Royal Mail International Signed service is a service where a signature is taken on delivery with confirmation available online here:

Within Europe the Royal Mail International Signed service is delivered within 3-5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Throughout the rest of the world the delivery time is 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

Royal Mail - International Priority
The Royal Mail International Priority service is a more cost effective standard airmail delivery service that does not provide a tracking number or an online tracking service. No customer signature is required on delivery.
The International Priority service is available to 220 countries worldwide that can be found here:

Within Europe the Royal Mail International Priority service is delivered within 5-7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Throughout the rest of the world the delivery time is 7-14working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

Euro (3-4 Days)
The Euro (5-7 days) service is a fully tracked end-to-end service with DPD where a signature is taken on delivery and confirmation is available online here:

This service is only available to selected European countries so please feel free to contact us on +44 (0) 1785 220 225 or at [email protected] to check the coverage in your country. Delivery is expected within 5-7 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

International Air Express
The International Air Express service is a fully tracked end-to-end service which will be with one of four courier companies depending on the cost of shipping. These are: DHL, DPD, Fed-Ex and UPS. Please Note:
Most international orders are received well within the stated shipping times however due to the Worldwide spread of terrorism some Countries are taking extra precautions and doing extra checks on some parcels, we will not able to process any claims for compensation until 45 days after the shipping date of your order.
