UK Shipping Costs
The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. Please use the below as a guide for what your expected shipping cost will be dependant upon what service you choose.

Personalised Football Shirts
We aim to dispatch all shirts with name and number printing in the same time-frame as non-personalised jerseys, and as such you should receive your personalised shirt in the same time-frame as described in the shipping options below. If we do have a problem with meeting this target due to the availbility of lettering or suitability i.e. the name chosen does not fit the shirt ordered, we will endeavour to contact you by phone or email ASAP to discuss your options.
UK Shipping Options
Standard UK Shipping
Orders placed using standard shipping within the UK will generally be dispatched the next working day using a standard 1-4 day service. We will choose the most appropriate carrer. Upon dispatch of your order you will receive an email with the carrier information and tracking code enabling you to track your parcel. Should you not receive this email or require assitance in tracking your order do no hestiate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Standard shipping is a fixed cost service for any number of items or value of product, and delivery will be within 1-4 days after dispatch. This is a fully tracked service for your convenience.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
The Royal Mail Special Delivery service is a guaranteed next day delivery service that will arrive alongside your regular Royal Mail postal delivery and is guaranteed to be delivered before 13:00pm. The Special Delivery service requires a customer signature for a successful delivery. In an instance where a delivery is attempted and no-one is present to sign for the package then a card will be posted through the door. This card will explain that the Royal Mail representative has taken the package back to the local delivery depot where it can be collected. Please note, delivery instructions for the Royal Mail representative cannot be left for Special Delivery packages.
Please note, we can only ship Special Delivery orders the same day when they have been placed before 14:00pm. Any Special Delivery orders placed after 14:00pm will be shipped the following day. Special Delivery orders placed after 14:00pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed before 14:00pm on a Friday will be shipped the same day however these are not guaranteed for Saturday delivery. In this instance we will write 'Saturday Delivery' on the outside of the package to alert Royal Mail that this is desirable. We have discovered over our many years experience that 98% of Special Delivery orders shipped on a Friday are delivered on the Saturday despite not being guaranteed. If you have not received your order within 2 working days then please log into your Soccer Box account and retrieve the tracking number. Alternatively, if you are unable to log in to your account then please refer to your shipping confirmation email for the tracking number or call us on 01785 220225. Next Day Courier Guaranteed (UK Mainland Only)
Our 'Next Day Courier Guaranteed' service is with DPD and is only available on the UK mainland. Please bear in mind that some areas of the UK mainland are still unavailable for this next day service. If you are unsure about your own area of the country then please contact us on 01785 220225 or at [email protected] to check the availability of delivery in your postcode area prior to placing an order. The areas that are not covered by DPD's next day service are: Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scottish Islands and some areas of the Scottish highlands.
The DPD next day service is a set price no matter how many products you are ordering from us and is ideal as a cost effective way of having large orders delivered quickly. There is a 'Comments' section during the order checkout process in which you can leave a brief instruction for us to pass onto the DPD representative. This may be that you want the package to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place such as over a back gate or in a secure porch. Please note that if DPD follow these delivery instructions and leave the package with a neighbour or in a safe place and the package goes missing then we are not liable for the costs of the item/s if it is not retrieved.
Once your order has been processed and packed it will be collected by DPD and scanned on collection by the DPD representative. The next day service is delivered between 8am and 6pm the next day however DPD will email you prior to the delivery with a one hour time-window during the day to alert you when the delivery is expected.
In the case of the DPD next day service a customer signature must be acquired by the DPD representative for a successful delivery. In an instance where a delivery is attempted and no-one is present to sign for the package then a card will be posted through the door. This card will explain whether the DPD representative has left the package with a neighbour who has signed for it or if the package has been taken back to the local delivery depot where it can be collected. Alternatively, the card that is posted by DPD contains instructions to either call or email the DPD delivery team who will be able to rearrange a delivery to the same address on a different day. Please note however, deliveries that are rescheduled to a different address will incur a charge by DPD which must be paid by the customer.
Please note, we can only ship DPD next day orders the same day when they have been placed before 14:00pm. Any DPD next day orders placed after 14:00pm will be shipped the following day. DPD next day orders placed after 14:00pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed after 14.00pm on a Thursday are not guranteed next day delivery, and you should expect delivery to be the following Monday, although on occasion DPD does deliver on a Saturday, but we cannot gurantee this service. If you are ordering on a Friday before 2pm and require Saturday delivery we would advise you to choose the Royal Mail Special Delivery service.

If you choose to have your parcel shipped using our guaranteed next day service using DPD. It is important that you check your shipping date. Your order should be with you the next day depending on what day we ship the order. If you have not received your parcel within 3-4 days you must contact us straight away. If you have not reported to us that you have not received your order within 14 days of the shipping date we are not liable to reimburse you for the order value or the shipping costs
