This website is owned and run by Soccer Box, Stafford, England. By using this website you agree to adhere by the conditions set out below. We make every effort to ensure that the information we provide within this website is accurate and true. In the event that any information is inaccurate by mistake we will endeavor to rectify any such error within a reasonable timescale.

Product Descriptions

All of the product descriptions that are written on the Soccer Box website are written by our own onsite writers. We endeavor to describe every product in as much detail as we possibly can, in order to give you the customer as much information about the product as possible, so that you can make the best decision on whether the product is suitable for you.

We cannot be responsible for any name and number changes to football shirts that have player names on the back. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the name and number is correct. No jersey is pre-printed on the Soccer Box website. When a customer sees a jersey with a name and number on the back this is for display reasons only. All jerseys are printed on the premises of Soccer Box.

Stock Control

The Soccer Box website has a stock control system integrated into it. If a customer orders a product, for example a medium sized Barcelona home shirt, once the customers payment method has been authorized our stock control system will reduce the quantity of stock allocated to that size, and product by the amount ordered. Placing an item in to the cart will not reduce the quantity. This gives Soccer Box a 99% chance of fulfilling the customer’s order. In the event that stock levels are low and two or more customers have the same item in their basket the first order that is authorized will be granted the product.

If at any time Soccer Box cannot supply a product we will e-mail or telephone the customer with an offer of a different option or refund the customers payment in full. We will not send an alternative product without contacting the customer first.

Product Prices

The prices on our website are in English Pounds except in the USA where the prices are shown in USA dollars. When paying for products the payment will be taken by Sage Pay UK on their secure server. Payments will be taken in UK Pounds. We aim to keep currency conversions up to date at all times. We cannot be held responsible for changes in currency conversions. There is a drop down menu at the top of the page with more currencies on the right side of the screen.

UK Tax

Customers who order products who do not reside in the EEC will not pay UK tax on products where UK tax is applicable. (There is no UK tax on children’s clothing.) If you are from outside of the UK and you are not sure if your order has had any tax removed please look at the bottom of your order receipt, which should have been sent to you by e-mail when you placed your order, you will see the breakdown of payments for your order.

Payments

When ordering on-line you can choose to pay by most types of credit or debit cards. All payments by these methods will be taken by our payment partner Sage Pay UK. When you have filled out all of your details and pressed submit on the final page you will then be taken to our partner Sage Pay who will process your payment once you have entered your personal payment details.

At no time does Soccer Box take any payments on their website, or have any access to credit or debit card details. You are directed to Sage Pay because they are one of the largest payment providers in the UK and have most up to date data protection system’s that are available.

Customers who are registered with PayPal can also choose this option to pay via their own PayPal account.

Shipping

Soccer Box dispatch orders to most Countries. We also have a number of different shipping options to suit most customers. When we receive an order every effort is made to ship on the same day. We guarantee to ship orders that have been placed by 3pm using a Next Day or International Express service on the same day (Monday - Friday). Please allow longer for delivery during busier periods such as Christmas. During these periods we will endeavor to ship expedited orders on the same day, but standard delivery may take up to 3 days to ship.

Most orders are shipped using a trackable service. Please refer to your shipping e-mail, or log in to your account for more details.

Soccer Box will ship to addresses other than the registered payment holder’s address but cannot be held responsible for any losses.

Soccer Box cannot be held liable for late shipments due to weather, traffic delays or postal/carrier delays.

Cancellations

You are free to cancel your order at any time provided we have not shipped your order. Once a personalized jersey has been printed, and is awaiting shipment we cannot cancel your order.

Returns and Refunds

Orders can be returned for an exchange or a refund as long as they are returned within 30 days. When returning an order the customer must make sure that the correct packaging is with the product and any labels are attached. The only exception regarding a return is when a jersey is printed with a name and number. Should the customer require an exchange there will be a return postal charge, which the customer must pay for. This will not apply if the wrong product has been sent.
