Here at Sports Fitness are the Precision Swim Anti-Fog Goggles (Black). These are adult goggles, featuring adjustable straps to fit the majority.
The anti-fog adult goggles include a wide angle which will allow the goggles to fit the majority. To ensure an effective fit, adjustment of the head strap and bridge strap of the goggles will be necessary.
The Precision Swim anti-fog goggles may be used for competitive racing starts from the starting blocks but are not recommended for any other forms of diving. Here at Sports Fitness we also sell swimwear which could be a great purchase to wear with these anti-fog goggles.
To clear water or to adjust goggles, take a firm grip on the eye cup and tilt the lower edge of the eye cup slightly away from the face. To remove goggles, put thumbs under strap at side of head. Slide thumbs under head, lift elastic from back to front of head. It is recommended that teachers, coaches or mature swimmers demonstrate this method to young children.
The anti-fog goggles include silicone within the design, which will help prevent any irritation on your head or face. Only the straps are adjustable, the nose bridge is not; because these are adults they will fit most just by adjustments of the strap.
The head strap is used to hold the goggles in place; tighter is not necessarily better as this may cause discomfort and marking around the eyes. Correct adjustment can be obtained by tensioning the band until a comfortable fit is achieved.
Warning – Never pull eye cups away from face as they may spring back and cause eye damage.
